This is a pattern for a handknit sweater for a one year old child.
This is a variation of the Dancer sweater, with three dancers and rows of stars. The body of the sweater is dark peach and white, with an inset of light peach and white diamonds. The wrists and hem trim is an pattern of green stars against a background of varying peach. The hem is periwinkle lace. The neck and wrists hem is simple picot trim in periwinkle. A pewter clasp ties the open neck together.
The back and front are nearly identical. The sleeves also have the dancer pattern, with one dancer and a smaller light peach diamond section.
Pattern has written directions and full color charts to enlarge. The pattern assumes a good knowledge of knitting, or at least an adventurous spirit and a knitting guidelines book. Have fun!
