This is a pattern for a handknit dress for a six month old child.
This is the basic roses pattern. The bodice has little stars. The neck and armhole openings have picot trim. There is lace at the hem. This dress version is in peach, light peach, and cream.
Pattern has written directions in circular and straight knitting, materials lists, and full color charts to enlarge, as well as two additional colorways. The pattern assumes a good knowledge of knitting, or at least an adventurous spirit and a knitting guidelines book. Obviously other color combinations are possible.
